1. Agreement

By downloading, installing, or using any CodeByAryan HubSpot CMS module ("Modules"), visiting this website, or contacting support, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Modules or this site.

2. Provider

These Modules and this site are provided by CodeByAryan (codebyaryan.com), published under Magazine Makers. Legal and support inquiries: aryanantal2301@gmail.com.

3. License

Free Modules are licensed for use within your HubSpot CMS portal to build and publish your own websites and landing pages. You may customize module content and styling through the HubSpot editor and approved configuration options.

You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute Modules as standalone products
• Remove or misrepresent authorship or licensing notices where present
• Use Modules in a way that violates HubSpot's terms or applicable law
• Reverse engineer Modules to create competing marketplace listings

4. HubSpot platform

Modules operate within HubSpot CMS. Your use of HubSpot is governed by HubSpot's own terms and policies. CodeByAryan is not affiliated with or endorsed by HubSpot beyond participation in the HubSpot Template Marketplace as an independent provider.

5. Support

Free Modules include email support as described on our Customer Support page. Support covers installation guidance, module field usage, bug reports for published versions, and CMS compatibility questions. Custom development, guaranteed response times beyond stated targets, and support for heavily modified code are not included unless agreed in writing.

6. Updates and availability

We may update, improve, or discontinue Modules or this site at any time. Marketplace listings may receive updates through HubSpot's normal module update process. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the updated Module version where applicable.

7. Disclaimer

Modules and this site are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that Modules will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CodeByAryan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business arising from your use of the Modules or this site. Our total liability for any claim relating to free Modules shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Module (zero for free listings).

9. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Marketplace purchases

If you obtain a Module through the HubSpot Template Marketplace, additional marketplace terms may apply. In case of conflict between those terms and these Terms regarding a paid Module, the marketplace purchase terms prevail for that transaction.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India, unless mandatory local consumer protection laws require otherwise.

12. Updates to these Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates the latest version. Material changes may be noted on this page or via support channels where appropriate.
